Web Design — Service

A website that qualifies the lead

Most business websites are brochures with a hosting bill. Someone fills in a form, it lands in an inbox, and a human copies it somewhere else — if they get to it that day. We build the site that earns the enquiry, and we wire it into the system that acts on it.

The Problem

Your website is disconnected from how your business runs. Enquiries arrive as email and stall until someone has time. Nobody knows which pages bring in real prospects versus traffic. Meanwhile the site itself is dated enough that serious buyers quietly discount you before making contact — and you only hear about the hesitation from the ones who came anyway.

The Solution

One engagement covers both halves. The visible half earns trust: clear positioning, honest proof, and pages that load fast and read well on a phone. The invisible half does the work: you show up in local search and in what AI assistants recommend, every enquiry lands in your CRM already tagged and routed, an agent handles first response and follow-up around the clock, and completed jobs turn into the reviews that lift your ranking again.

The system loop

Eight stages, one machine

Each stage hands off to the next, and the last feeds the first: reviews from stage 07 raise local ranking, which sends more visitors into stage 01.

  1. 01 · More visitors

    Attract

Technical SEO, Google Business Profile, and structured data put you in front of people the moment they search — on Google, and inside ChatGPT, Gemini, and the other answer engines that now sit between you and a buyer.

  2. 02 · Within seconds

    Engage

An agent answers every enquiry immediately — evening, weekend, holiday. The lead that would have waited until Monday and gone to whoever replied first no longer does.

  3. 03 · Before you look

    Qualify

Conversational screening asks the questions your estimator would ask, so what reaches a human is already sorted by fit and urgency rather than arrival time.

  4. 04 · Into the calendar

    Book

Qualified enquiries land as scheduled consults or site visits without the back-and-forth, and the record is created in your CRM at the same moment.

  5. 05 · Without reminders

    Nurture

Automated follow-up keeps the ones who are not ready yet warm — the sequence nobody on your team has time to run by hand. It runs every time.

  6. 06 · With a clean trail

    Convert

Every call, form, and message is attributed to its source and tracked through the pipeline, so a deal closes against a record rather than someone's memory.

  7. 07 · Without chasing

    Review

After the job closes, the system asks for the review. Those reviews feed local ranking, which feeds the first stage again.

  8. 08 · On evidence

    Grow

Unified reporting shows which sources produce paying customers and which only produce traffic, so the next decision is made on numbers instead of instinct.

How it works

Process
01

Positioning and scope (1 week)

We work out who the site is for, what it has to prove, and what happens after someone fills in the form. You get a written scope covering pages, integrations, and cost before any design starts.

02

Design and content (2–3 weeks)

We design the pages and write the copy around the questions your buyers actually ask. You review at two fixed points rather than an open-ended revision loop, which is what keeps web projects from drifting for months.

03

Build and integration (2–3 weeks)

We build the site and connect it to whatever you run on — CRM, email, calendar, project system. Forms route to the right owner, records are created automatically, and any agent you've deployed picks up from there.

04

Launch and handover (1 week)

We migrate, test on real devices, and hand over a site your team can edit without calling us. You own the domain, the hosting, the content, and the code.

Questions we get before every engagement

Often not. If your current site loads quickly, reads well on a phone, and says the right things, the problem is usually that nothing happens after someone fills in the form — and that we can fix without rebuilding anything. We'll tell you which of the two you're dealing with before quoting. Rebuilding a site that was basically working is the most common waste of money in this category.
A focused marketing site runs 3–4 weeks. A site with full system integration — CRM routing, AI follow-up, automated record creation — runs 6–8 weeks: one week of positioning and scope, two to three of design and content, two to three of build and integration, and a final week for launch and handover. The scope is fixed in writing first, so the estimate you get is the one you're held to.
Whichever fits how you'll maintain it. We work across all of them and take no referral or affiliate income from any platform, so the recommendation follows your team rather than our convenience. The question that decides it is who updates this site in a year — if that's a non-technical person on your side, that constrains the choice far more than any feature comparison does.
A growing share of buyers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google's AI overview for a recommendation instead of scrolling results. Those systems read structured data, clean semantic markup, and machine-readable summaries — not visual design. We build those in so your business can be quoted accurately rather than skipped. You can verify we do this on our own site: it publishes an llms.txt and full JSON-LD entity graph. That's why AI assistants can describe DesignareLux correctly.
The variables are the number of pages, how much copy we write versus you supply, and how many systems the site has to talk to. Integration is what moves the number, not page count — a five-page site wired into a CRM and an agent takes more work than a twenty-page brochure. You get a fixed written quote after the positioning week, and we'll say plainly if we think a smaller scope would serve you better.
A website converts demand far more than it creates it, and that distinction decides whether this is the right thing to buy first. If people are already searching for what you sell and not finding you, that's a visibility problem — a rebuild with proper technical SEO and structured data is exactly the fix. If nobody is searching yet, because the category is new or because you win work through relationships and outbound, site work won't change that and demand generation should come first. We'll tell you which of the two you're in during the positioning week, before you're committed to a build. Either way, what we commit to is that enquiries stop getting lost, first response stops depending on someone's inbox, and you can finally see which pages produce customers.

The site is where the system starts

The first week ends with a written scope covering pages, integrations, and cost, before any design starts. Send us your current site and what happens to an enquiry once it arrives.
